  • Selected 50 important medicinal plant species for planting.
     
  • Collected 39 accessions and 28 species from southern Western Ghats.
     
  • Collections assigned with accession number and passport data is being documented.
     
  • Collected 24 herbarium specimens representing 21 species.
     
  • Collected plants planted in nursery and established plants transferred to MMPG.
     
  • Garden trail through MMPG developed.
     
  • Selected and prepared the fields for plantation of medicinal flora of MMPG.
    8 medicinal plants species planted and labeled.
     
  • Model pond ecosystem developed.
     
  • 20 educational boards prepared and exhibited in different parts of MMPG-TBGRI.
     
  • Imparted information on conservation of herbals to many visitor groups.
