  1. Development of Educational Module
  • 15 RPs and representative group identified, draft framework presented in the consultative workshop on 8th May 2006.
  • Three partner organizations identified viz. CCD-Madurai, Tamil Nadu; BAIF-Tiptur, Karnataka; BIRDS-Gogak, Karnataka
  1. Establishment of four new specific medicinal themes
  • Site development, Green house internal layout and collection plantation of 50 medicinal orchids completed.
  • Site development, Shade house internal layout and collection & plantation of 50 medicinal ferns completed.
  • Construction of water body completed. 5 species of aquatic, medicinal plant species displayed, collection of plants in progress.
  • Thematic exhibit site development and collection of 10 medicinal plant species completed. Rest in progress.
